Introducing Listokes’ long anticipated Wise Owl Whiskey
We have teamed up with the Great Northern Distillery in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East and the Boyne Valley to develop our initial premium Irish Whiskey.
Our Wise Owl Whiskey (WOW) is triple distilled and finished in a range of different casks to bring the final blend together.
Although a relatively young whiskey, Wise Owl Whiskey has a smooth deep taste that can compete with many premium Irish whiskeys.
Finished in Imperial stout cask with a blend of grain and malt whiskey with a wee drop of peated malt.
Non chill filtered to capture all the flavours and scents of this premium Irish Whiskey.
No artificial colour or caramel added ensuring the honest integrity of our premium whiskey.
A slightly sweet and spicy scent that lasts until the first sip.
Smooth and sweet with vanilla overtones to start then a bold rich spicy and smokey finish that stays long after the last sip.
Light and sweet staying smooth with light peatiness prominent.
“What a gin. Punchy and bright, it really is amazing liquid which doesn't have to rely on hype or backstory, you just need to try it!”

“We really enjoyed the day at Listoke Gin School and highly recommend it. We were so impressed by both the passion and enthusiasm of the Listoke team, matched with the unique and authentic location. It's a great idea for a couples day out or as a group as friends. We're hoping to visit again!”

“Listoke 1777 Gin is bold and full of flavour. As soon as you open the bottle you are greeted with a bountiful aroma with floral, fruity and earthy notes. The gin has personality, impressive depth of flavour and a complexity that reveals piney juniper, citrus and herbaceous notes, and a lingering finish with a touch of spice. Best enjoyed in a gin and tonic, Listoke 1777 Gin is versatile, with orange peel, rosemary and cinnamon all producing moreish servings.”
