What to Expect at Ireland's Only Gin School

Arrival
Visitors are greeted with a Gin & Tonic upon arrival.

Tour
The visitors are guided into the distillery, where they are brought on a tour, from the production of Listoke 1777 Gin, to the botanicals used, and the bottling line in place.

Gin Making Class
Guests choose their own recipe, with many citrus, floral and spices to choose from.

Distillation
The pot-stills are set, and it is time for more G&Ts while everyone waits for their Gin to start distilling.

Food
A spread of local meats and cheeses from the Boyne Valley are served.

Gin Bottled
Once the Gin has been collected in glass beakers, it is blended down to the preferred alcohol percentage, bottled, sealed, and an owl is placed on the back.

We have a mini still for every participant, a lovely well lit room, and fully accessible toilets and learnings facilities.

Social & Friendly
